These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Duplyn mobile application (the "App" or the "Service"), provided by Tdevs LTD ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using Duplyn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
In short: Duplyn lets you run extra copies of apps on your own device. You are responsible for how you use those copies and for following the rules of each app you clone. Some apps do not allow being run this way, and we cannot guarantee that every app will work.
Duplyn lets you run more than one copy of an Android app ("cloned app") on the same device. Each clone runs in its own isolated space inside Duplyn, with its own data, separate from the original app. Duplyn also offers features such as Spaces, temporary spaces, App Lock, Focus Mode, daily usage limits, home screen shortcuts and encrypted backups. Duplyn does not require an account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Duplyn. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Duplyn only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Duplyn on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Tdevs LTD.

How Duplyn handles information, including the crash reports it sends and how to turn them off, is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Duplyn does not currently charge for any feature. If paid features are introduced, they will be sold through Google Play and will also be subject to Google Play's terms, and these Terms will be updated before that happens.
We may update, change or remove features of Duplyn at any time, and may stop offering the App. Some updates may be needed to keep using the App. Android or third-party app updates may also affect how well cloned apps work.
Duplyn, including its design, code, name and logo, is owned by Tdevs LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any right to use our name or logo.
Duplyn is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no promise that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that it will work with every app or device, or that data will never be lost.
To the extent permitted by law, Tdevs LTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, accounts, profits or business, arising from your use of Duplyn or of any cloned app, including any action a third-party app takes against your account.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using Duplyn at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your right to use Duplyn if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Sections 4, 6 and 10 to 14 continue to apply after these Terms end.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, although if you live elsewhere you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts and to rely on the consumer laws of your country.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. If you keep using Duplyn after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
